Sports Poetry in English

On fields of green, the athletes play,

Their skills and passion on full display.

In every kick, in every throw,

They chase their dreams, their spirits aglow.

From track to court, they bring their might,

In every race, in every fight.

They sweat and strive, their hearts ablaze,

In pursuit of glory, in countless ways.

With racket in hand, or ball at their feet,

They dance and they weave, their movements so neat.

In stadiums packed, with fans in cheer,

They conquer the doubt, they banish the fear.

From sunrise to sunset, they train and they toil,

In rain or in sunshine, in turmoil and spoil.

For the love of the game, for the joy it brings,

They soar like eagles, they rise on wings.

So here's to the athletes, the heroes of sport,

Their stories untold, their efforts in court.

May they inspire us all, to push through the strife,

To believe in ourselves, and embrace this life.
